- How long will it take for my order to come in after my ordering session?
Please allow 4-6 weeks for the design, order, creation, and shipping of your order after your appointment with me. Your order will then be personally given to you by me.
- Do you offer hair and makeup services with your sessions?
Absolutely! I want you to look and feel stunning for your session with me! I work with Pretty Salon located in the North Hills to setup appointments for you. Please chat with me about hair and makeup and we can look to setting you up an appointment.
- I didn’t see the type of session I need listed, are there any types of sessions you do not do?
Yes, I currently do not provide newborn, children’s, wedding, event, or boudoir sessions.
- How soon should I book my maternity session?
Please try to contact me during your second trimester, so we can book your maternity session in your third trimester. This will allow us to select a date and hold it for your beautiful shoot!
- When should I schedule my HS Senior’s session?
I recommend booking your Senior’s session as early as you can! The summer season can fill up quickly. For Seniors, I prefer to hold sessions in Natural Light and outdoors, so the warm summer months and very early Fall are great times. Please be sure to also refer to your Senior’s yearbook guidelines (if photos will be used for yearbook) for their deadline and try to schedule 4-6 weeks prior to the due date. This will allow us adequate time to hold your session, edit their photos, and return to you prior to the due date.
- Can I share a Pinterest board with you?
Absolutely! I recommend clients browse Pinterest boards for inspiration for their session or outfit ideas. Please share them with me! This will allow me to get an idea of your or your families personalities. Keep in mind, your photos may not be the same and I may not be able to provide an exact replica but let’s talk and we can use your boards as reference and inspiration!
- Do you require a retainer/deposit?
Yes, your session fee is your retainer for services with me. Please see my Investment page for pricing information.
- Can we do my session in a studio?
Yes, absolutely! Although I am primarily on location (I can even bring a studio to you!), we can do your session in a studio. I prefer studios for Modern Glamour portraits, but can plan your session with a studio setup. If you would like to have a studio session, please let me know during your consultation!
- What area do you service? Can we book you beyond your service area?
I service the Greater Pittsburgh, Southwestern Pennsylvania area. I am located in the North Hills of Pittsburgh. Any location that is beyond 25 miles of my home in the North Hills will require an additional fee (varies by location). If you’d like to book me outside of that area, please contact me and we can discuss my availability!
- What lab do you use?
All print products that I offer are through professional labs that provide their services only to professional photographers. I have selected excellent labs to provide beautiful heirloom products for my clients.
- What should we wear for our session?
